March 5 - Bonnie Friedman will describe how the people in Washington D.C. communicate with each other and the world.
April 2 - Lois Schaper, PhD will speak of her understanding of Pakistan and its people based on her life there. She served as prinipal of the Karachi American School and got to know the people as neighbor, friend, and educator.
May 7 - The Four Horsemen A DVD of Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, Sam Harris and Christopher Hitchens join in a round table discussion of their works, beliefs, public reaction to their books and more.
Dec. 3 - Richard Cannarelli Speaking on the activities of the religious right in Florida. I am going to pay special attention to their attempts to change the Florida constitution that would allow school vouchers and public money to be channeled to sectarian schools.
